If you are dissatisfied with your service, you may qualify for a partial refund if you meet the following criteria: All refund requests must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds requested after this date will not be considered.
All purchases will be refunded back to the original payment source, credit card processing fees will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not be issued for any package once I begin writing your child’s custom sleep plan.
Unused follow-ups via email, text, and phone calls that were included in your sleep plan will not be refunded. Consulting services where a sleep plan has not been created yet are valid for 2 months after purchase.
You may reschedule your appointment if you notify me within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Appointments will only be rescheduled once per package.
Any cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit that appointment and will not be refunded or rescheduled. You may purchase any additional phone calls through my website.
Your sleep plan package may be paused once during the time of your plan support period (1, 2, or 3 weeks) for a maximum of 2 weeks for cases of illness, unexpected travel, natural disasters, etc. Should you request to extend for more than two weeks, your package will automatically be forfeited.
