Most toddlers in this age range thrive on a single midday nap, consistent mealtimes, active play, and a predictable bedtime routine.
The schedule below is intended as a general guideline. Every child is different and may need adjustments based on temperament, sleep needs, and developmental stage.
7:30 AM Wake, open blinds, change diaper, get dressed
8:00 AM Breakfast
8:30 AM Age-appropriate activities, time outside, and opportunities to build sleep pressure
11:00 AM Lunch
11:45 AM Start nap routine (darken room, quiet house, books, etc.)
12:00-2:00 PM Nap (2-3 hours)
2:00-3:00 PM Wake, open blinds, change diaper, get dressed, snack
3:00 PM Age-appropriate activities, time outside, and opportunities to build sleep pressure
5:30 PM Dinner
6:00 PM Age-appropriate activities and family time
6:45 PM Start bedtime routine (bath, pajamas, brush teeth, books, cuddles)
7:30 PM Bedtime
