Around this age, many babies settle into a predictable two-nap schedule. Consistent wake windows, active wake times, and a predictable bedtime routine can help support healthy sleep habits and restorative sleep.
The schedule below is intended as a general guideline. Every baby is different and may need adjustments based on temperament, sleep needs, feeding needs, and developmental stage.
7:00 AM Wake, open blinds, bottle/nurse, change diaper, change clothes
7:30 AM Breakfast/Solids
8:00 AM Age-appropriate activities, time outside, and opportunities to build sleep pressure
9:45 AM Prepare for nap (books, lullaby, make the house darker, sleep sack, sound machine, etc.)
10:00-11:30 AM Nap #1 (1.5 hours)
11:30 AM Wake, open blinds, bottle/nurse, change diaper
12:00 PM Lunch/Solids
12:30 PM Age-appropriate activities, time outside, and opportunities to build sleep pressure
2:15 PM Prepare for nap (books, lullaby, make the house darker, sleep sack, sound machine, etc.)
2:30-4:00 PM Nap #2 (1.5 hours)
4:00 PM Wake, open blinds, bottle/nurse, change diaper
4:30 PM Age-appropriate activities, time outside, and opportunities to build sleep pressure
5:30 PM Dinner/Solids
6:15 PM Start bedtime routine (bath, pajamas, bottle/nurse, brush teeth, book, snuggles)
7:00 PM Bedtime
